Responsibilities:

This candidate must be a senior Information Technology professional with at least 8 years of experience in the software development field as a programmer, systems analyst or business analyst and project manager. This person will not serve as a programmer, but must understand the process and technology of programming Web-based applications, and implementing CRM or ERP solutions.

Skills Required:

• Superb interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• Ability to define project requirements, create detailed implementation plans, and manage a team of creative and technical professionals
• Formal project management, including competence with a project management package (MS Project, for example). PMI certification is desirable
• Understanding of software development methodology, and Web technologies
• Understanding of Web user interface design and information architecture principles
